For nourishing and detoxifying tired skin

Pumpkin Face Mask Benefits for Skin

Pumpkin contains vitamin A, C, and E, and antioxidants, which help fight sun damage and wrinkles. It also has fruit enzymes that help naturally exfoliate dead skin cells. Finally, it contains zinc and potassium to combat redness. Honey locks in moisture to keep your skin plump and glowing. Apple cider vinegar detoxes skin, reduces inflammation, and helps fight acne.

Papaya and Pumpkin Enzyme Mask or Peel

For gentle facial exfoliation and fading acne scars

Note: This mask also doubles as a peel that will gently exfoliate your skin. Be sure to do a test patch before you place the mask/peel on your face and only do this once a month. You may notice some pink skin after removing the peel due to an increased circulation. Don’t be alarmed. This is natural and should go away within 20 minutes.

Papaya and Pumpkin Enzyme Mask Benefits for Skin

Both papaya and pumpkin contain powerful fruit enzymes that naturally remove dead skin cells and get rid of blemishes, hyperpigmentation, and acne scars to reveal smooth, glowing skin.

Ingredients

12 ounce pureed pumpkin

1 papaya

1 egg

How to Make a Papaya and Pumpkin Enzyme Mask

1. Puree the pumpkin and the papaya (with seeds removed) in a food processor.

2. Mix the egg into the mask.

3. Apply the mask to a clean face. Leave on for 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Wipe off gently with a cloth and cool water. The water will neutralize the peel.
